Ready to begin the Self Starter Program?

Here’s where it starts. We’ve selected from hundreds of exercises to create three routines, just for you. To begin, download the goal tracking chart. You’ll definitely want to record your starting point and progress. Select your fitness level (beginner, intermediate or advanced), and after getting your doctor’s OK, print out the exercise routine. (Each set of exercises is designed to use small exercise equipment that many people may already have at home.) Aim for three workouts each week. You’ll be amazed at how great it feels!

Helpful Hints

  1. Don’t do it alone! Find a buddy. Share goals. Encourage one another!
  2. Drink plenty of water: it’ll keep you energized and fresh.
  3. Find a time that works with your schedule, and stick with it. Your health is a priority.
  4. Stretching is very important before and after exercise to prevent and relieve any soreness.
